« The lakeshore house met our needs for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable. The renovations included some quality lighting and appliances but the rest was a work in progress. Additional lighting in the kitchen would have been helpful and as others said the furniture is sparse and could be cleaned. The access to the river is limited due to overgrown brush and decaying leaves, so swimming and floating are more for the adventurers. « This place totally was a wonderful serene getaway experience! The owner was probably the best host we had ever had and totally made us feel at home! So much wildlife which was beautiful. Please take the time to visit this place but know that it is like camping so you will see insects and/or animals - which we totally didn’t care cause we love the outdoors! This host will treat like no other ;) We will go back! »

« We had such an amazing time at the log cabin and by the end of our trip we all wished we could have stayed longer. The cabin itself is in great condition - super clean and well stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay (and then some!). We mainly spent our time outdoors either kayaking, playing on the water trampoline (which was a huge hit with the kids AND adults), enjoying the beautiful view from the patio, or fishing.
