« A lovely home for our extended family pre-Xmas 3 night stay. Everything was clean and in good order. The spa was all set, ready to go when we arrived. There's a bit of traffic noise if using the front bedroom but other than that all was as expected or better. There's a nice back lawn for playing cricket and there are some toys for little kids. The yard is fenced so the kids were contained, and we had plenty of room.Everything was as expected or better. Merry Xmas »

« Host was abrupt and not helpful. The floor tiles of the house was really dirty and had to be washed particularly in corners. The windows were dirty. The only toilet was downstairs and was grubby in corners with spiders on ceiling. The worktop in shower room was wooden and rotted. Everything needs updating. No air conditioning in downstairs bedroom. house was tired and needs some TLC »

« It was perfectly set up for our stay with my little dog. Beautiful back lawn with plenty of tree shade. and large veranda area. Very old school feel from decades back of holidays in Busselton. A lovely gesture of a bottle of local wine to welcome us was appreciated. A short walk along the path to Tonic on the Bay for dinner. Simple, clean and comfortable. »
