For help there was only a phone number on the closed reception door and not having means to phone with a uk mobile we had to go out and find someone to call the number only to find the manager was on site. Why was this not on the closed reception door! In the room the hall light switch could not be reached when the key fob was pushed into the holder to operate the electrics -...
