Fishing, Skiing or sun-baking, you name it, the local boat ramp is literally just a minute away, and in the summer months try a direct mooring right out the front of your house, with a private mooring available for guests with pre-booking. .
This property is 2 stories, with a balcony over looking the ocean with uninterrupted views, for you to sit a relax.
With a newly renovated bathroom, and new upstairs powder room and freshly painted throughout with upgrades, this property is very comfortable for your holiday stay.
The yard is massive! And fully enclosed, plenty of space for your family of all kinds to enjoy.
Property has 3 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds and 2 bunks - will sleep 8 guests very comfortably.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

Additional Amenities: There is a mooring buoy available for boaties close to GBR 568, accessible upon agreement. Generally, it is suitable only for small motor crafts. For more details, feel free to message us.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
