« Just an fyi this place is literally 400 sqft. If your in the "guest" room/closet . You have to go through the other bedroom while people are sleeping to use the rest room. And there is a tenant upstairs who's extremely loud or there is a pack of elephants rooming up there. Bring a golf cart or side by side to get to water because it's a hike down steep gravel road to water. This place is located below another occupancy and have to walk down stairs to get to. Cute place if ya don't mind the noise...

« We really enjoyed our stay at the property, but I highly recommend that the owner renovates some portions of the property. In particular some of the inside stairs seem to be close to failure and could lead to serious injuries. Similarly, the entire dock seems to be in disrepair and is littered with dangerous elements, especially for anyone who may have just climbed out of the water and may be a little wet. Please make some upgrades to keep the property a safe place to visit »

« This walk-out basement apartment has very nice, comfortable LR, kitchen, BA, and dining areas, but the BA is on the end of the apartment opposite from the BR. The grounds and patio are great. Access from I-75 is via a winding 15-20 min drive each way through a hilly area, although it was not especially challenging. Very nice host. »

« It was the perfect place to access all the trails😍, if there was any improvements that could be done, id say the driveway in the back needs a little more definition as our trailers were large. »
