« Property manager did a great job. The refrigerator neededto be replaced and he handled it quickly. The overall stay was nice. Kitchen appliances were apartment size which was a little difficult to do much cooking. Could have had pot holders, more silverware, etc. Charge of 10 every time you left the island and came back. We purchased an annual pass for 100 as we were there for 14 days. »

« Great communication with hosts leading up, during and post stay. The place was exceptionally well stocked and super clean. The view from the patio was fabulous to start day. Not far from downtown and the grocery store. I would highly recommend Duke’s Beach House. »

« Front courtyard and back patio were dirty and surrounded by dozens of planters filled with mostly dead plants. The “steps away” pool was closed, drained and under construction. This should have been relayed to us in the many emails set by Stay Better Vacations. The interior was original 1970’s except for the kitchen which was equipped with the bare minimum supplies.
