« We had an excellent stay. Quirky and fun- the mermaid house lives up to its name! The pool area/tiki bar was a wonderful place to hang out after some beach time - beach access across the street. We were within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and were able to bike to fort clinch park and into downtown. We had our 3 adult children and space was perfect. « Elegant, high end and spotless (perhaps too much so for our rambunctious preschoolers. I was always worried they’d spill something on the very white sofa). But the view was exceptional, the pool perfect for us and every possible amenity was anticipated. Those gargantuan cargo ships passing by made us all drop our jaws in unison many times. « This property is a nature lovers dream. Beautiful balconies to watch turtles, marsh bunnies, birds, and more. The private beach access is nice! Most of Amelia island beaches allow vehicles. This house is great because you walk slightly to the right of the access and your on "walk" only beach.This part was NOT CROWDED and there were lifeguards!! Big plus! This home is also half way to everything, such a great location! Visited Bone yard beach and the state park, two musts if you visit Amelia...

« Price was affordable, the condo is a good location on the island, only problem was the bicycles were rusted and tires were flat, only one bicycle they provided was useable but other than that no issues. »
