Cette confortable maison de 2 chambres a été récemment rénovée. Vous apprécierez la situation moyenne / sud-ßle à proximité de 2 nombreux magasins et restaurants. Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'à Redfern Village et autres divertissements. Les lits King & Queen et le salon ont un tout nouveau canapé-lit queen size. L'unité vient w / nouveau mobilier et wifi fiable. Juste à l'extérieur de la maison se trouve une immense cour clÎturée privée pour une grande vie en plein air. Maison comprend l'utilisation de 4 vélos (Beach Cruisers). AccÚs à la piscine à proximité.

Ceci est la principale maison privée qui est attachée à un joli appartement (un peu comme une maison de ville).

Cette maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e sur Demere Rd. Le bruit de la route peut ĂȘtre entendu pendant votre sĂ©jour. Cependant, la limite de vitesse est suffisamment lente pour les voiturettes de golf, donc pas de circulation rapide.

Very spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. Very clean and plenty of towels. The location was central to Epworth and the downtown area. Busy road, but noise not noticeable inside and easy to get on and off the road. Great communication with the host. Beds were comfortable.

Golf stay

Perfect for my family to relax during a golf tournament. The host, David, reacted quickly to a small issue on arrival. The issue was resolved quickly and we had no other issues during our short stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The location is off a main road so there is some road noise but we were so tired after full days it did not bother us.

Clean and cute little beach house!

We enjoyed staying in this little 2 bedroom beach house! Close to the beach and restaurants with only a 5-8 min drive! It was clean and neat. It is very close to a busy road so you do hear some road noise. The only things that may need work is the dishwasher needs a good scrub inside and the master tub/shower sprays at you when filling up and doesn’t plug well to fill the tub for a small child. Just leave the faucet running so the water doesn’t run out! Overall we had a good experience and would stay again!

Spring Break with Grandkids

This was a nice little house in a convenient location. There is some traffic noise as it located on a major road. We enjoyed our time here and the kids liked the fenced in back yard for kicking their soccer ball and just running around. The kitchen is well furnished with cookware and with a Keurig coffee maker, pods and sweetener. Some of the cookware such as the non-stick pans need to be replaced and neither of the two furnished manual can openers worked. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice with good pressure and water. temperature. We would have no concerns about booking this location again and have already talked about doing that.

Quick Trip

We had a great time at this Dream Home. It was within walking or bike riding distance to everything we wanted to do, including amazing food. We used Uber from the Brunswick airport to the house & back, other than that we didn’t need a vehicle. The home was clean, well furnished, and the host was responsive though we had no issues to respond to once checked in, because it was perfect.

Holiday cheer getaway

Great place and wonderful host. Clean and friendly place for family. Every ask was answered and the host even had a soccer net for the kiddo's. Will definately be back to this clean, cute little piece of heaven.

Outstanding Visit to SSI in the Beach House

I cannot say enough about the property!! The location was perfect, the house was extremely clean, and the owner checked in on us many times. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms lovely...the bed I stayed in was more comfortable than my own:) We walked every morning and were so happy with how close everything was. The bikes were in great condition, and the local paths were very safe. We went to East Beach and it was super close, and had bathrooms, etc. right in the parking lot. We had dinner at Fiddlers, and the staff and locals couldn't have been any nicer; same with the Frederica House. We will definitely be back and would not stay any place other than the "Beach House" on Demere Road!! Thank you to the gracious home owners!!!

Great location and house

We really had a great time at this property. Very clean and the management company was super responsive! We really didn’t have much of a problem but when we needed them, they did respond quickly. Check-in was easy and the house felt really secure. The house is located in a great area, very walkable. Of course, Saint Simons is not a big island but this house was very convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Highly recommend and will probably stay again.

The stay was very pleasant close to shopping and pier

We went for a short vacation the place was awesome clean had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.We didn’t have to bring dishes mor did we have to bring our own bath towels or washcloths everything was provided even had washer and refer and dishwasher.I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect accommodations

Everything was simple and easy about our whole reserving and check in/out process staying here. The house was beautifully furnished, but felt family friendly enough that we felt extremely comfortable staying with kids. The beds were comfortable, and the whole house was neat and clean upon arrival. The private backyard was a nice feature and we enjoyed using the bikes.

Great house

We are four senior adults and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. David is a great host and the house is very comfortable with just about everything you need. The winn Dixie is only a few blacks away and the mid islands location is perfect.

Perfect for what we needed!

The house was very clean and provided everything you need for your stay. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly. The pool they mention in the listing was not in walking distance, but only a 7 min drive and we spent everyday there. The location of being mid-island was still very close to downtown and a short drive. Plenty of shopping/restaurants in walking/biking distance. We would definitely stay here or at other properties the owner has.
