« Overall this was an excellent location to stay at. Very reasonably priced for a larger accommodation. Easily slept our family of 5. We were very comfortable, the ac worked great on both floors and beds were comfortable as well. The only suggestion I would make is to install shelves in the closet spaces and maybe a small shelving unit in bathroom. There was no where to unpack anything unless we were hanging clothes up. So thank you for providing hangers- that was helpful. The parking situation...

« Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here. »

« Our host was highly responsive and friendly! Accommodations were perfect for our needs and very clean and comfortable, it is family AND pet friendly. The one designated parking space, where you enter your accommodations, was convenient for unloading and loading. There are stairs but a ramp as well. We will definitely stay with this host in these accommodations on our next visit! I give it a 10/10 »

« We loved the vibe of this area. So much history and beauty. The property was clean. The beds were comfy and the bedding was so cozy as well. There is no oven or stove but has a hot plate and a microwave. The parking access was great as well. Smooth checking and great communication with host. 10/10 recommend this place. »
