« The host was responsive and took care of our needs »

« I booked and fully paid for this apartment six weeks in advance. Communication was entirely automated and unhelpful. I was told I would receive check-in instructions 30 minutes before arrival, but never did. While en route, I had to call and wait on hold to get them sent. I arrived around 8 p.m. in the rain to an empty office. The key box code I was given did not work. After more calls, I was told someone had already used my code and taken the keys. Two other guests were there at the same time...
