The unit needs some TLC above and beyond what cleaners are generally expected to care for such as very worn and bleach-stained linens and a very dirty bathroom exhaust fan grille and dirty stove drip pans. I also felt that I received an excessive amount of texts in conjunction with my stay. Sometimes less is more. »

« The complex is not great, quite old, with several interesting characters. The unit was not very clean, hair in shower, broken glass in backyard, etc. We ended up shortening our stay. The photos are deceiving. »

« We had difficulty accessing the apartment, finding the gate and just opening the door. A deep cleaning was needed, couch is dirty, a the carpet between the bathroom & bedroom is un attached. Wish I had known to bring lotion & kleenex & face soap. »

« The condo is easy to get to a few blocks off I35. Close to many restaurants, Starbucks, Sam’s Club, etc. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and tvs in each room. Great space with a wash and dryer. The on-site manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The only thing that wasn’t great and it isn’t the fault of this owner - we looked forward to the pool since we didn’t go on our river float but the pool was VERY dirty and the trash was overflowing throughout the complex.
