« Anyone using this location will need to only bring the bare minimum as everything has been thought of at this property. The essentials that we so often forget we use in our own home was available at this property. A very cool property that we will return to for our next RedRocks concert. »

« Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. »

« This space was wonderful for our five night stay in Denver. It was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautiful. The property owner was so kind and extremely helpful. Communication was prompt and clear. Great location as well. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and rebook when we are back in town! »

« It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by. »

« The whole cottage could use a good cleaning, wipe down, dust mop behind and under beds, dust in general. Yhe cottage is adorable, convenient to downtown and all stocked for home cooking if desired. I love this quaint tliyyle cttage. Home away from home. »
