« Location was great, unit was in poor condition. Kitchen faucet leaked, walls were very dirty with scuf marks and looked like blood or buggers on bathroom door jamb. Bathroom (barndoor) wouldn't shut all the way. Bed was supper hard. Was rented to 5 bodies with only 4 sleeping spots so we had to buy a blow up mattress. »

« Very welcoming home. Decorating was lovely and house supplied with everything needed…even special treats were left for guests. This is one of the nicest VRBO’S I have rented. Will definitely be back. Host was easy to reach and personable. »

« This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host! »

« Good spot. The coffee pot was broken so we weren’t able to have coffee the duration of our stay which was absolutely inconvenient and annoying. »
