« It was so nice to stay in this apartment. Joyce was so kind and attentive, while leaving us to our privacy. This place was like staying at my grandmother's house. And anything you could possibly need was at your finger tips! It was so nice to have someplace to stay when I come home where I can get away from my family when I need to, and just relax for the evening. I WILL be staying here again the next time I visit my family. »

« We enjoyed this unique apartment in a really great location in Lexington. The apartment is in an old building with an enclosed open air courtyard. The eclectic decor is fun and well done. Third Street coffee shop is next door and part of the urban eclectic experience. Loved the hippie vibe. (We are of that age group). « This is the perfect apartment! The location was convenient to downtown restaurants, bars and Rupp arena within walking distance. Two parking spots available with extra paid parking lot available next to the apartment. . The apartment was decorated so cute, the beds were comfortable, as well as the blankets and pillows. « The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle. »

« The place was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. Great Italian restaurant down the street. Delicious dounuts around the corner.We went down to go into Lexington for Bourbon and wine tours. Would have liked to have a folder/ binder with information on what is in the area ( we did explore downtown) and also for information about checking out.We had 4 adults and could have used more towels (had 1 towel for each person) But we did make due.All in all would give this place 5 stars!
