« We did not stay at the cottage. When we arrived, it was only partially clean and the bed was unmade from the previous guest. There were no towels in the bathroom and the kitchen counter was dirty. The host was kind enough to cancel our reservation when we contacted her. It did take a phone call and text message to get in touch and then we waited over 30 minutes for a response. »
