Bring your family and relax with this cozy 3-bedroom lake front home on beautiful lake Granbury. Located 15 Minutes from downtown Granbury and 40 min from Historic downtown Fort Worth. Bring your family/friends and enjoy the lake front sunsets, BBQ on the back dock while playing cornhole or fishing off the dock. Some of the best bass fishing in Texas.

Direct lake access / Free Wi-Fi / Covered Boat Dock / Patio area with fire pit.

Living room offers a Smart TV, Fireplace, comfortable seating for all. Enjoy a quite night with a movie or play some family board games.
Bedroom 1- offers a king size bed, smart tv, your own bathroom with his and her sinks, and walk in shower and a view of the lake.
Bedroom 2 - offers a queen size bed, tv, closet and your own access to the second bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - offers 4 bunkbeds, tv, DVD player and is set up for the kids. With a view of the lake.
Kitchen: offers a full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, island, fully stocked dishes with basic cooking utensils. Keurig coffee maker.
Outdoor living- covered porch with seating area.

We had a fantastic stay at Juan’s Lake Granbury property. Juan was outstanding — extremely responsive and accommodating from start to finish. I accidentally booked the wrong month, and when I messaged him, he called me immediately. Thankfully the property was available for the weekend we needed, and Juan quickly updated our reservation and even granted us early access.The property itself is excellent. The boat dock is very nice, and the home is well appointed throughout. TVs in every room were a great bonus for the kids when the weather wasn’t ideal, and the bunk room is perfectly set up to comfortably sleep four kids. The driveway is large enough to park a truck and boat without disconnecting, which made tournament logistics very easy. Having access to the community boat ramp was another big plus.The mid-lake location was perfect for our fishing tournament weekend, and Juan was truly a fantastic host. Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a blast with family celebrating our granddaughters 2nd birthday! Juan was very responsive when we had problems with the wifi. He was quick to help us with a solution to the problem. Having the dock for fishing and swimming was the highlight! We enjoyed every evening on the back porch. We can’t wait to visit again!

This was an excellent experience! Spotlessly clean, well decorated and anything you could possibly use in the kitchen is right there. Very comfortable, just steps to the lake. Calm and peaceful. I wonder definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great property!

6 adults and my 3 dogs stayed on the property. It was well fenced and secure. It was clean, had everything we need and was fun! The water was deep and cool. The fishing was amazing day and night. There was a ramp into the lake for our kayak and plenty of shade. Lastly, both neighbors were friendly and the host was immediately responsive to our questions. We will stay here again!

Awesome!

We had a great long weekend with family. The house and property were perfect. We fished off the dock and caught mainly catfish, although we did catch two large turtles! We were able to leave our boat in the water at the dock which was super convenient. The patio area was really nice and not overly hot. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were several TVs which was nice for all the different age groups. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Cozy and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood (peaceful & relaxing) Fishing okay, if you like catfish. Only caught one small white bass. We were hoping for perch for the grandchildren but didn’t have any luck. Watching the geese and their babies was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We loved this cute lake house! From the soft sheets and comfy bed to the friendly host, we had a fantastic time here. It's clean, right on the water and adorably decorated. We plan on coming back and staying longer next time! (:
