« Good morning I never stayed at your establishment I booked their but when I arrived all the rooms were booked »

« The room was grossly dirty. I took pictures and shared with the desk the minute l checked in but was told that cleaning is once a week. When the lady came to clean 7 days later, she spent 5 minutes removing trash and sweeping part of the floor. She didnt change the linen or exchange the towels - company policy. This is not a hotel or motel, its a dormitory. »

« The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

« The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits.
