Anytime I reached out I got an answer on the other end (Responded quickly). Any items and amenities that we could have thought of or needed was available for us in home. « Location was excellent. House was clean with plenty of towels and linens. Our pet Bruno got along well with the owner's dogs. All around, great stay. The only improvement suggestion we had was that the mattress (in the queen bedroom) had a noticeable sag in the middle. »
