« My husband and I stay at POC every year, this was our first time staying in this unit and it was just like the listing showed and described. Perfect location for the beach and pool, lovely views from the roof and the screened porch. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure. Could use a dusting, but was clean. May want to bring something to make the tv smart capable. Will be back in future, highly recommend! »

perfect for 2 people. We have been coming to Kiawah for 40 years. I would recommend a larger mirror somewhere in the villa. A very small one is in the bathroom. For the price, this villa was all we needed for a short vacation at the beautiful island of Kiawah. »

« My family and I have been coming to Wild Dunes for over 24 years and have stayed in many beautiful properties within the resort. Have to say, we absolutely loved 16 Links. We have never stayed that far down the island and loved the location. The house is beautiful, the porch was so nice to sit on sipping our morning coffee and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart was definitely a plus. Made it so much easier to explore the island. Definately looking...

« Had a great stay in Barbara's Villa. It is warm and cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great with a short walk to the beach, bike paths right next to the building, and close enough to walk to the Night Heron Park/waterpark and the Nest Shop. Barbara is very responsive to any questions you may have, and truly a caring person, wanting her guests to have the best stay possible! »

« This rental experience was terrific. Booking, check-in/check-out were easy, and communications with the rental company were clear and timely. The condo was immaculate, and things we have come to think of as “extras” were provided, such as hand soap and garbage bags. The condo includes everything a guest would need, but not a lot of clutter that you don’t. We would stay here again on a future trip to Kiawah! »

« Everything was great about this condo. Clean and new inside. Everything you need to cook meals too. Only issue was for some reason the buildings outside lights to get into the condo were not on at all. It was very dark and hard to open door without lights. Would recommend to others and would stay there again if I was in the area!!! »

« This property was well maintained and stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The owners were responsive to questions and the proximity to the beach path couldn't have been closer. It really was literally a 2 minute walk from our spot on the beach back to this property. We especially enjoyed the woodsy deck. It was also very close to Freshfields Village. We recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable stay super close to the beach. »
