Aside from some areas needing dusting, it was a beaitiful stay ans surprisingly quiet being on a main street, massive space for value. « The property was oversold online to make it look like it had a view of the nearby canal, but it didn't. While I understand the house was 170 years old, it felt like it could fall apart with a false move. The main floor had several chairs, but no couch. The stairs to the top floor were very narrow and you had to be careful going up and down. « This property is very family friendly! The game room in the garage was great.The location to activities is perfect. Close to the Harpers Ferry Visitors Center and downtown Harpers Ferry. The Toy Train Museum is a 5 minute drive. Antiques and flea markets are 15-20 minute drive. The house is at the end of a dead-end street with a lovely deck overlooking the Shenandoah River.
