« This home was absolutely fantastic! Very clean, very close to all things. We had a fantastic time. »

« My cousin and I planned this trip so that we could do some biking on the C & O Canal Towpath. We loved that the host provided bikes for our use and were able to hit the trail for a bit in spite of a rainy weekend. The location of the property was ideal for this. We also found several wineries in close proximity and added those to our itinerary since we were not able to bike as much as we would have liked to. The house was very cute and clean and had everything that we needed during our stay....

« We had a wonderful 5-day getaway at the River Perch! The three kids spent hours on the river each day, we went tubing and kayaking, we got to see our dog enjoy her first real swims, and then we got to relax in the very cozy, very clean house with the beautiful front porch view of the Cacapon. Glenn made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for a trip away! »

« My husband, son, and I stayed in the townhome recently while visiting the sights in Harpers Ferry. The weather was very rainy, so we actually ended up spending more time indoors than anticipated--but in a space so lovely and relaxing, it was no problem! There were children's toys and books available in the living room, and two roku-ready tvs. Haris (host) was responsive when I had questions and checked in to ensure we were having a good stay. Would recommend to others! »

« The property was exactly as described. The inside was clean and welcoming and comfortable and oh so quiet. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee n the porch where the sun came up and deer waltzed by. »

« We very much enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautiful and the proximity to the canal trail is wonderful. Beds are very comfortable. House is adorable. Kitchen could be better equipped. I bought a few extra coffee cups and left them for the next guests. »

« Amazing home with all the amenities and more! The host made everything so easy. Fast, accurate and thoughtful communication. Wonderful mountain retreat You feel like you’re a million miles away but a short drive away are groceries and a few restaurants. The pictures do not do it justice. »

« The house was just as described in the listing. Kyle was very responsive before and during our stay. It was nice being on the river so we could fish and kayak. The grandkids loved the game room as well as the bedroom lofts. There was plenty of room for us to spread out on the enclosed porch and deck. I would recommend this charming place to anyone interested in staying near Berkeley Springs. »

« The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools. »

« It was a great location for a quiet stay in a private area and a short drive to a lot of attractions »

« We had a great stay at the Rusty Rose! It was decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed. We especially loved walking across the street in the morning for coffee and donuts at the little bakery in town. Would definitely stay here again! »

« The Hosts are exceptional with communication, quick response, authentic, caring and were available if we had any concerns. (There were not any issues at all) House is extremely clean, well furnished. All beds were very comfortable and the sheets, pillows so fresh and clean. Back deck is so relaxing, quiet and nice view of the river. We had a blast in the game room! Do not hesitate to book this property! »

« The Outlook was perfect for our weekend stay while attending our son's bike race at Cacapon State Park.The place was clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and a large relaxing deck in a peaceful, serene setting. Would stay again! »
