« The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. « When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. « Inaccurate description. There’s no queen bed in the living room, you need to blow up an air mattress. There’s a washing machine but you need to bring your detergent. There’s plenty of snacks displayed, in the living room, refrigerator & freezer, but you have to watch out because you get charged a lot for any of them, just like a Vegas Hotel. There was an annoying smell from one of the bedside table, we reported, it might be from the new paint. The worst part is there’s a big mirror in a closet...

"The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The duvets and bed sheets were dirty, not properly washed, and had yellow stains. In addition, the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived late at night, around 1:00 a.m., and the receptionist told me that the $35 credit could be used the next day because the current day had already ended. However, I was later surprised to find that I had been charged for my consumption. On top of that, almost everything comes with an extra charge, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with dishonest and unhelpful staff."

Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement À Time square et près des stations de métro J’ai fêter mon anniversaire même pas une petite attention de leur part! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel car il est cher pour ce que c’est"
