« We stayed here for 5 days over the New Year holiday 12/29/25 to 1/2/26. The photos in the listing do not do it justice, it is far better in person. 10/10 highly recommend. I wish we would have watched the ball drop from here instead of our table in time square. The boys loved the club house pool table, and the view from the roof is beyond belief. Best view in New York City guaranteed. I will absolutely be back. »

« Anthony was so kind and a great host. No complaints at all. If I had to make one suggestion it would be more wash clothes and paper towels for the bathroom. Otherwise, we had a great stay! »

« AVOID AT ALL COSTS!SERIOUS MAINTENANCE, HYGIENE, AND SAFETY ISSUES. The kitchen was in such poor condition that it was completely unsafe to use. We couldn’t and wouldn’t even prepare a simple coffee or tea. « Space was very clean and well equipped. You must know going in that it’s only semi-private, you will have to go into a shared hallway to access the bathroom and kitchenette area. Staying over a weekend, it was a bit noisy from the laundry being done in the room right next to us. You can also occasionally hear the owners when they’re home, and at night there were several noises (possibly the furnace?) We typically sleep with ear plugs when we travel but it did wake me up both nights. So a few...
