The home was in excellent condition, cozy and clean with upgraded finishes.We were concerned about parking but never had an issue finding spots in front of or next to the house. The kitchen is spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were in great shape and everything worked.We would stay there again. »

« Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. « Matt was very communicative when we had questions. We just have two suggestions. 1. That entry door is no beuno! Felt like the dead lock opened but the handle lock didn’t. 2. Desperately needs lighting in kitchen and dining room thank goodness for the time change and we had light longer. It would be more helpful if you had a physical notebook of instructions, suggestions like You can walk to Arsenal Park with kiddos, and menus of nearby restaurants. « Overall great. Clean, well supplied, good internet, pool table and even an indoor sitting area we didn’t get a chance to use but it had a TV and what looked like a wall heater. Charcoal grill and outdoor seating looked nice but it was too cold to use while there.Refrigerator was probably the cleanest fridge I have ever seen at a Short Term Rental. Beds were comfortable and if you like to cook the gas range with flat top is a great consistent nesting source.Overall I would definitely stay again...

« Two Families. 12 adults. Weekend stay for Pittsburgh Steelers game. We fit comfortably in the house. Plenty of room. Host was very receptive and responded to all my texts in less than 24 hours. He was also very accommodating. He made sure we had enough chairs for us to all fit around the table for dinner and card games as per our request. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to local pub/restaurants as well as to the game. Less than 30 minute walk to Acrisure Stadium. »
