« Building itself is a bit dated and confusing to navigate which is no fault of the owners but the actual room/condo/whatever it's called was very nice and updated inside and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone! »

« The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve. After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week. Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass. Would not recommend anything from...

« Beautiful sunset thru the pines in the evening.Studio itself very spacious. A light over the little dining table would be nice but not really necessary.It’s ideal for 2 people. We plan on returning. »

« We stay in Palmetto dunes at least three times a year and specifically choose St Andrews Common. We haven’t staying in this condo in the past. Checking in and out was very easy. The condo needs a thorough deep clean. It smelled of cigarette smoke at arrival. All the plates, glassware, and silverware were dirty. The fan above the stove was dripping grease while we cooked. I had to run everything through the dishwasher or wash by hand because they had old dried food. The full bathroom shower/tub...
