« Property was very convenient to all Fripp amenities and two of three pools. Convenient walk to beach. We enjoyed the various pool options. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience despite the feedback that follows in this review. Exterior of property somewhat dated but some units are undergoing renovation and painting. Outdoor porch area had accumulated leaves and some trash from construction but never cleaned during stay. Room where ice machine located littered with live and dead Palmetto bugs...

« Location was excellent to main shopping area and beach was about a 8 to 10 minute walk. Ground floor unit was easy accessible to pools. Would rent again. »

« The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve. After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week. Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass. Would not recommend anything from...

« Everything was great with the exception of linens. No linens for the pull out couch and 2 towels for the entirety of the property. The listing says sleeps 4 but linens are for 2. Great property centrally located in downtown Bluffton. We would stay again. Host accommodated a request promptly. »

« This place exceeded our expectations. It’s SO easy to get to the beach. It was close to shops too. Updated and well kept- the place met all our needs. Jim was really responsive when we had questions. I’m so thankful we found this! »

« The photos do not do this property justice. Beautiful space, clean, quiet, direct access to beach/sound. We did have to call to get our room number which was slightly annoying after traveling all day but the attendant at the gate was pleasant and when we contacted the host, we received a prompt response with the information needed. This was a quick birthday trip for us and the only thing I would do differently is stay longer. I will definitely stay here again! It was great! »
