« Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. « The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. « Overall everything was great. I would stay again. Very close walk to the beach and you can see it from the unit. The only complaints would be amount of parking spaces and how to make final payment. Most of the surrounding condos have assigned parking. This place doesn’t. We had to park both cars at the tennis courts which isn’t a fair walk but still a pain. Trying to unload with no parking at the unit made it hard. For final payment, there wasn’t a link to just pay like normal when using vrbo. I...

« Place is nice. I always love the sunsuite location for a weekend getaway. This particular unit has something broken under the tub... not sure if its ceramic below the tub or what... but you can tell unless you stand on it. That was a little nerve wrecking when showering. « Loved that the room was right on beach access boardwalk and beside the main Beach Club and pools. Parking area was super tight and not large car friendly. Room was clean and everything was in working order. 1 tiny issue and the owner and resort were quick to respond and address. Unit does need some updating but was functional for the two of us and had enough room and storage for us two as well. The room could have been a bit better stocked is really my only comment. "Nous avons passé une nuit en juillet 2025 au Best Western Sea Island Inn à Beaufort, et ce fut une très belle surprise ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était spacieuse, propre et confortable, bien équipée avec TV, Wi-Fi et machine à café. Le personnel a été très accueillant et chaleureux, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, parfait pour découvrir Beaufort à pied. Et il faut le souligner : le bâtiment en briques est superbe, plein de charme et parfaitement intégré dans l’élégante architecture historique de la ville. Un vrai coup de cœur pour l’ambiance du lieu ! Côté services : piscine, machine à glace, parking payant, et un petit déjeuner inclus, bien complet et pratique. En résumé, un hôtel plein de charme, bien situé, confortable et accueillant. On recommande sans hésiter !"
