« This condo is in the perfect location. Right on the beach with chair service available or you could use the chairs provided. Very Clean and comfortable - beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze - no waiting. Easy check out.Location is just minutes away from nice restaurants and shopping. We will definitely revisit!!!! »

« This was the perfect place to kick off summer with! Would most definitely stay here again and maybe even make a tradition out of it! My 13 year old and her friends made the best memories! House was very clean, updated, the location was great (close to a lot but not in the busiest part of the beach, which we loved), and Sonya was great to communicate with! »

« A clean and cozy space. My husband and a couple of our preteen/teens enjoyed a nice quiet stay. It’s a quick walk to pier 47 which is a less crowded spot on the beach. Not once did we have trouble finding a nice area to set up right off the pier. It was also close to plenty of shopping centers as well as places to eat. Obviously, we were looking to relax and the house as well as its location was perfect for our group. »

« The view was excellent. No knowledge of any construction which was wrong. The beach chair consistency was messed up every day. The worst amenities I’ve ever had with a VRBO. Had to wait for an elevator for 10 minutes because of the construction workers. Had to take the stairs most of the time. I feel in the way things were we should be reimbursed at least one night. Thank you. Our stay was Sept. 6-20 by the way, not Sept. 5-19th. Thank you very much »

« Our group of 6 loved our 8 nights stay at this fantastic house. The only suggestion we have is to supply more blankets in the bedrooms. That would have been much appreciated with the chilly temperatures we had while there. »

« The location of the home was excellent! Wonderful beach access. Very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the home especially with my the primary bedroom bedding. We have shared the cleanliness issues with Oversee in hopes for future improvements. »

« We spent a week down here at the start of February. The host emailed and text information to me. Everything we needed. When we went there were no neighbor's, quiet and peaceful with about a 5 minute walk to beach access 80. There is a Carousel grocery store about a mile, 20min walk down Beach Front Drive and an Exxon gas station about a 7min walk away.The master bedroom has a walk in closet, nightstands and dressers. « Wow! We walked in to music playing and fresh flowers on the table, along with a welcome basket that included treats for our cat. The place smelled so good! The beds were comfortable, it was nicely furnished, and I appreciated having plenty of hangers in the closet. There were power strips at the bedside which was great; I use an CPAP and often can’t find a place to plug in all I need. « This home and property was fantastic. Charming home with well thought out appeal in a great location to stay close or go out and enjoy the area. We LOVED the close by private like little bay beach right down the street. And short rides to both Panama City and St. Andrews.
