« Very clean and unique hidden gem of panama city, it may be in the city but you cant tell while at the house. Its extremely private and secluded, wildlife was everywhere, we watch herons and ducks in the bayou behind the house, a fox and a family of possums in the back yard after dusk. Its dog friendly and close to a lot of dog friendly restaurants, it also has a kayak launch and the fishing is incredible in the bayou. We caught multiple trout and reddish. « Nothing remotely close to a negative aspect of this property. Golf cart very convenient to ride to beach. Drive it across the street and park at pool or beach access. Highway has golf cart crossing so you aren’t sitting forever. Pool is clean and there’s one in the front and one in back. Dock is large with fishing available. Tight parking at property but doable. You truthfully can only fit one vehicle in each driveway. However, there is spill over parking lot in front. Ice vending on site. Pool...

« Price was comparable to some local hotels which offer free breakfast, wifi and parking. This stay had no outside seating space, interior very dated, wall & window air conditioner units noisy. Most likely would not stay here again. »

« If you are looking for a place that’s close to the beach that’s not crowded, just rent this cottage! It’s a block from the beach. Host answered all questions quickly. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. We had a great time for our first time at Mexico Beach! »

« We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful all as described and the location and view is amazing. Directly across the street from beach access and steps away from Pier Park and the dog beach. It also has the most stocked beach closet ever full of plenty of beach chairs, carts, umbrellas more. what more could you ask for! »

« Beautiful cottage. Close to Pier park, activities and best of all fireworks. Beach about 3 min walk. Only complaint-floor plan. 3 stories. Kitchen on top floor. Hard for under 5 year olds up and down. Other than that it was quiet, nice and we had a great time. »
