Plenty of parking even with the boat, place is clean and well stocked with everything you could need while away from home. Pool is steps away. Jake’s point, marina and scuba shop is within walking distance. Highly recommend. »

« Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

« The house is fantastic and very comfortable for a big group of people. The indoor pool with a TV was a big hit, as were all of the games downstairs (with kids and adults alike!). We rented boats from What’s Up Dock, and they were fantastic and so close to the house. We also recommend a trip to Dogwood Canyon, which is quite beautiful. My only other tip would be to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags, as the unit does not come adequately stocked. »

« We loved the house and everything it had to offer. For a family of 12 adults and 1 child, it was great having our own bedroom and in suite bathroom. Every bedroom had king size beds, TV, and most of them also had a couch/futon for additional seating. The dining room tables were large enough to accommodate our entire family. « This house is located about a mile from "the action" of old town Eureka Springs - which is perfect. It's really close to the Passion of the Christ as well. As far as the house, it's perfect for 2 couples or a couple and kids. There are several steps, so if steps are an issue, this is not the place for you, we were fine with it, though. It is decorated completely New Orleans style. There is everything you need, including washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again. »
