« So cute and cozy! Felt so comfortable upon enter. Plenty of towels, well stock toiletries. Every morning my husband would sit at watch the sun come ip over the lake. We celebrated our 34 year anniversary! It was simply the best. Great communication with owner. Will be returning! »

This place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and just the fact that the host thought of everything. Anything we could have needed was there. »

« Everything was great nice home on the lake with everything you need to cook in or restaurants galore within 2-3 miles. A great spot for a small family. Host was great communication was wonderful as they follow up to make sure everything good. Will stay again »

« My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back! »

« Wonderful stay! We stayed here to attend my daughter's graduation. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed. The host was quick with response times when we had a question. The beds were comfortable. I wish there had been a little more seating. The house was close to everything. We loved Knoxville. What a nice, pretty city! »

« We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage on the Cumberland gap. The only thing I would improve on is the bed that is very creaky. Also communication was minimal. I couldn’t see the links given in the message and the hosts didn’t respond to my question. All good though because it was just as pictured. »

« We had an excellent stay. The details of the property was spot on . We had no problems so we did not have to reach out but it was nice that the host reached out to us to make sure everything was well. We will definitely stay here again. If I could rate it higher than a 5 star I would. »

« This was a Wonderfull Home. We had our Family Reunion there and it was Perfect. Clean , comfortable , and a great dock for parking the boats and all our water activities. And the owner was excellent with communicating with us with any of our questions. I would give this Home a six star rating if I could. Gary H. »

« The house was very nice and accommodated well for our group. The location was great for a fun time of golfing and boating for our group. However the best part was the neighbor Gary. Gary is very cool and an awesome fella. Would more than likely stay again just to hang out with Gary. »
