« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft in downtown Knoxville. The space was spotless, with a fantastic kitchen, a cozy living area, and two great bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our trip - close to everything and especially convenient for the Tennessee football game.The owners were fantastic to work with and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again! »

« Our stay was amazing and would definitely stay again. We were in town celebrating my wife’s birthday and the location was perfect. The home was walking distance to all restaurants and shops that we wanted to visit. Free city weekend parking was a short walk away.The home was clean and as advertised. »

« My husband and i got married in downtown Knoxville. This rental was so close to our wedding venue. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. Great building and neighbors. We walked to Gay Street for dinner and then walked around Market Square with some ice cream. This reantal has the best vibes and you cant get a much better location! Highly recommend it. We will be staying here again! »

« We stayed here to go to a Tennessee football game and it was perfect! Clean and cozy and a great location! We didn’t cook but it was well stocked with dishes. The bed was comfortable and the garage parking was great! If we come to another game I would stay here again! »

« Had a great time, had everything we needed, very quiet. Had to rent a boat slip separate from this rental at deerfield marina, easy enough. One bath made it a little rough at times for 4 adults but managed. Communication was not the best. We didn’t see the number of the unit upon getting there so I text and they didn’t respond until the next day. Luckily we ended up finding the unit number. (our husbands were looking for it in our defense…it wasn’t THAT hard to see). »
