« The unit was clean and well appointed. We were 6 adults, 1 eight year old and 1 one year old. Due to a snow storm some of our plans were canceled but there was plenty of room for us to spread out, some played board games, others watched tv or did their electronics. The sidewalks were shoveled and salted and the parking lot was cleaned and salted. »

« The smell was terrible!! Pretty sure the carpet had a 2 pack a day habit since it was put in back in 1985.. wall paper peeling. Everything is outdated. But the smell literally gave me a headache. If it wasn't for my job putting me up there I would have left as soon as I walked in. VRBO should absolutely pull this listening. I have stayed in over a hundred places in the last few years with my job and I can honestly say the worst place I've ever stayed...by far.. DISGUSTING YOU SHOULD BE...

« This is a great spot to get the flavor of downtown Cookeville. Super convenient location and parking spot. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and breweries. Our host Lindy was helpful and responsive. 11 out of 10 recommend. »

« Convenient to golf courses. Condo was on a lake so we just walked out back door and did some fishing. Caught several nice ones. Excellent communication. Suggestion up grade the pillows . Other than that outstanding stay! »

« Myself and my 2 adult sons stayed for a week with our small dog. We all enjoyed being able to walk around the lake, fish whenever we wanted, and enjoy the area. The beds were are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, drinkware, and cookware. We were very comfortable there. It did rain often due to the remnants of a recent hurricane, which cut into our outdoor plans, but we were still able to get in some fun activities. I would recommend this unit or any with this...
