« Old and tired facilities. Dirty carpets in hallways. Bathroom door would not close because the entire frame was warped. Air conditioning in lobby was broken and swimming pool was closed because of repairs. Inadequate staffing for the breakfast, one person taking care of two facilities. There were two units at this location, one was for guests with pets, the other was for non pet . We were placed in the pet facility without given a choice. Horrible experience. »

« The entire property was a disaster. -Frayed carpet all in our room -Urine smell in room -Damp bed sheets -Blue duct tape pieces holding a part of the inner elevator -Have to hold toilet handle down in order to flush -Carpet on the stairwell looks like it had not been vacuumed in months -Lamps did not work »

« The only thing that we were not happy with was that there were fruit flies in both rooms that we acquired other than that everything else was fine »

« Minimal staff, only the receptionist. No one tidied up my room or replaced towels or coffee supplies. My shower had what I think was pseudonymous growing in the corners and the floors were pretty dirty. The hallways smelled like wild oinions. »

« Upon arrival I waited a very long time for someone to come to the desk and assist me.. the property inside and out was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, however water pressure took 30 min to rinse my shoulder length hair and the rips in the shower curtain allowed water to escape the shower and soak the bathroom. Tub was also very slippery. Breakfast bar was stocked and fresh. Overall id stay again. »

« Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience. »

« I would never recommend or stay here. Expedia should not have them listed. If zero stars was an option, that is what this place should have. The room smelled of cigarettes when I requested a non-smoking room. The blankets and towels were stained and with cigarette burn holes. The AC knob was broken so we couldn’t control the temperature in the room. The glass window was cracked and taped instead of fixed. The sink in the bathroom had old water b/c it wouldn’t drain even before we first arrived....
