« This home exceeded our expectations. Loved the views of the mountains and the hills as well as having deer come up to the home. The home was very clean and stocked with yummy coffees and some chocolate candy. The home had everything we needed. The Host, Donald, was very communicative and made the whole process easy and efficient. The kids loved having their own rooms. Great location and easy access to Ruidoso. We would absolutely stay here again! »

« Shortly after arriving we found the master tub leaked into the first floor bedroom and couldn’t be used. This was a main factor for choosing the property and we couldn’t use it. A table was broken upon arrival and the heat stopped working overnight on 30 December. I messaged the rental property manager that we were so frustrated and disappointed with the experience that we left early the morning of 31 December. They told us we’d be contacted by the refund department and we’ve received nothing...

"Accueil froid et désintéressé : je demande si il y’a un magasin dans le coin pour acheter à manger , on me répond que oui. Je demande si c est à à distance de marche et on me répond d’aller sur Google. Ahah A part ça chambre petite mais fonctionnelle et l’hôtel est VRAIMENT à côté de l’aéroport ."
