« Host tried to charge additional cleaning fee after booking was completed and confirmed through VRBO. Accommodations were dated and not as clean as compared to other VRBO accommodations we have rented. Mind you, it wasn’t full on dirty, it just was a bit dingy, and a cup with a partially consumed beverage was left on an end table. If something as obvious as that was not cleaned up, it leads me to wonder how often they are mopping floors, etc. »

« We enjoyed a fantastic 2 weeks at the cottage at 7 Oaks on Bass Lake. For this being a fairly new listing, it was everything we were looking for. We enjoyed fishing, sitting by the fire and playing games on the back deck. The cottage is quite spacious and allowed us our own privacy if we needed it. There were 2 couples that stayed and we all had a great time. We would recommend this property to those looking for a lakefront property to rent. »

« This house was a perfect place for a family weekend… Otsego Lake is gorgeous. We were able to see beautiful sunsets every night from the property.Plenty of room in the kitchen to cook for the family… family room was big enough for everybody to have a place to sit when we were not out playing in the water.My grandkids (3 and 5) were able to walk safely into the water… Very sandy bottom. They were able to walk out quite a long distance. We had a floating lily pad, and tied it to the dock… The kids...
