« From the first initial contact online inquiring about the property, to securing the property, moving in checking out and everything in between the transition was very smooth. « This is a charming older property in an older neighborhood. However, everything you need for a wonderful stay on a budget is here. AC/heat works perfect. Place is clean. Neighbors are quiet. « When we arrived we noticed that the a/c was not working properly. We contacted the owner and he promptly called us and was at the property within 10 minutes! It was determined that the a/c was malfunctioning and needed to be repaired so he gladly refunded our money on for the stay and made recommendations for other accommodations and sites to see nearby. »
