« You get what you pay for, and in this case, that’s a good thing. The apartment was super clean and surprisingly nice inside. The building itself was well kept and quiet, with private parking which was a great bonus.The space had everything we needed except a toaster, and while there wasn’t much counter space, it still worked just fine. Cleanliness stood out the most. It was spotless. The exterior wasn’t the most inviting, but it was quiet and felt private. Overall, very satisfied with our stay....

« Cool house, obviously an older home but renovated. Served our needs well. Plenty of space. Close to a small district of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed Neighborhood Jam for breakfast and Kaiser's for ice cream. Not too far of drive to the Zoo Amphitheater or Downtown. »

« This place was great for us this weekend. Two couples stayed here and it was perfect, fully stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. Location was a quick/cheap uber ride downtown, cheaper than parking for sure. We could have walked to a few places but it was cold this weekend. »

« Loved our stay. Very cute open condo. We arrived really late with no way to stop for supplies but they had coffee and tea which got us going. Plenty of storage if staying longer than a few days. Bathroom was well appointed with shampoo, etc., making it easy. Communication was excellent. I didn’t pay enough attention to the entrance directions but they were there to guide us. There are a few “characters”, as mentioned in other reviews, depending on which way you enter the neighborhood but they...

« The management company and communication was excellent. We ended up getting snowed in after the large storm that took out airlines and flights across the country and adjusting our stay was easy. Kitchen was fully stocked with tools including a crock pot. House had a dorm-room feel, but was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We'll definitely seek this rental out again on our next trip to OKC. »
