« We used this house as our home base for the Halloween weekend at Higgins State Park where my son was staying with his family. It was a great relaxing place to come back to after our fun family filled day at the state park. We would love coming back and staying here again as my son frequently stays at the campground with his family. »

« Check In was extremely easy. We enjoyed the water especially the kayaks. The weather was amazing and we got to see the sun and moon rise. The property owner is very responsive and has many available items in the house to use. The only thing i would say is the water way is an easement and not so much a beach per say but it was still nice. »

« The cabin we stayed in was ultra clean very comfy lots of room. Just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. There was a man on site doing some remodeling and another cabin. He was very accommodating helped us with whatever we needed. The owners came in and were also very accommodating. Make sure we had everything we wanted and more. Definitely will be staying here again in the future. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Higgins Lake. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the linens and paper products you would need. The kitchen had every pot and gadget you could ever use. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it was better than ours at home! « The host gave us an extremely informative PDF for the property and surrounding area. The location was great as you could walk to restaurants, bars and 1 cafe. The smores kits was a nice touch. The only thing that we struggled with was how to turn on the A/C, and one of the boat businesses is no longer in business. Otherwise, great place! »

« The cottage is in a great location, check in and parking is easy. The listing said it had a laundry (washer/dryer) it does not. The host was great and organized a pick-up and drop-off for laundry service to make up for the lack of onsite laundry, they were very professional and easy to communicate with. The kitchen is a little unorganized but has everything you need. The house was not as clean as we would have liked. Overall a great stay. »
