« Cute and clean. Was a perfect place to stay for my family as we transitioned from our old house to our new. Extremely convenient to everything Monroe has to offer. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place that's comfortable and just down the road from a fun town like downtown Monroe. »

« The whole vibe of the place was very relaxing. It is just a cute house out in the country. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed have a fire in the firepit one night. We stayed at the property during a UGA game weekend. Location is good for this purpose, if you want to be away from Athens after the game is over. »

« The house was well stocked and as listed. House was clean but is in desperate need of a paint refresh in some rooms. Appreciated that we weren’t presented with a lengthy checkout list of cleaning tasks; the cleaning fee included in the price was actually for cleaning!We were in town for a graduation at a university about 30 minutes away but chose Athens for the nightlife. We were unfortunately unaware that on UGA game days the main roads around campus are shut down for hours during the day...

« A group of us stayed here because we needed some extra. room to celebrate Christmas with our family and it was PERFECT. We had 4 young kids & the game room, bunk room, & theater provided all the entertainment they could need. It was extremely spacious so we were very comfortable. Check in/out was also very easy... « We had a wonderful stay during the Allstate Choral Event. The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax after long days of rehearsals and performances. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and added special touches that made our visit even more enjoyable — including freshly baked cookies that were absolutely delicious. It truly made us feel at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. In the evenings, deer would gently wander through and graze...
