Welcome to a truly appreciative open concept with soaring ceilings and natural lighting throughout. The Kitchen, dining and common area are an open floor plan for the perfect gathering get away, to enjoy quality company and good times together. 3 bedrooms inspired by comfort, and designed for a truly relaxing experience. The porch and pool deck are a destination unto themselves. Spacious, vibrant and welcoming. The plethora of nature provide a beautiful view anytime of year and the view of the stars on a clear night with the soft glow of the pool lights only add to the ambiance. Want to grill out, have no worries as it is here ready to sear the steaks, chicken or whatever needs to be cooked to perfection. Relaxation and quality time is where the inspiration of this destination came from so relax, enjoy and let this home be your home while you are here.

This is a shared home - with long term tenants in the basement apartment. They have their own driveway, private entrance (which is located on the far bottom side of the house, and are completely separated by deadbolts). There is an 8 foot privacy wall separating the tenants and the pool area. They do not have access to the pool during a guest's stay. They are made aware of any guests (prior to their arrival). They respect the guests privacy. You may see them taking their dog for a walk or getting in their car.

This home was the perfect, spacious placefor our fall break visit to Athens. A quick drive to UGA campus, it allowed our family to come back after the game and relax in comfort and privacy and to explore so many close restaurants and more on the East Side. Would be grateful for the chance to return again on future visits. Communication was instant and the amazing property is even more wonderful than the photos!

The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house.

We really enjoyed our visit to Athens and the property. We came for a tennis camp and also to see a football game. The house is nice and it was neat to have a pool with a large outdoor pool. The location is ideal being close to both the university of Georgia and also to numerous restaurants. The owner, Christian, was also extremely attentive and checked on us on several occasions which I appreciated as well.

Cool 70’s vibe wooded property!

We stayed 3 days with our 2 granddaughters and grandson who is a UGA student. The house is nicely updated and very roomy; I appreciated the beautiful master bathroom. The beds were so comfy; Granddaughters wanted to take their mattresses home!! Very relaxing, wooded and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the private pool….perfect escape in the extreme heat this week! Christian was a great communicator and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Christian for your attentiveness.

Coziest home away from home

This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting Athens this summer. The pool was extremely refreshing, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved being just outside the city, away from campus. It was a peaceful, yet jam packed trip to do and see all things Bulldawgs. I highly recommend this property for your next visit to Athens.

Lovely Home in Athens GA

This is a beautiful home. We loved it so much. The first day we went swimming. The pool in the backyard was fantastic :). The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen is very pretty.
