« Newly renovated property just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Our contact, Erick, was responsive and friendly. The living room and kitchen area are open floor plan so it's a great place to hang out with comfy seating. One thing to note, the $250 deposit is due in cash when you arrive and returned when you leave. Our fam had a great time! »

« This was perfect for my mother and I. It had everything we needed for our three day getaway. The house was clean, close to the beach and all the restaurants and activities. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Our stay at Ginny’s was honestly perfect. We were able to check in a little bit earlier than expected, Ginny met us and we were able to chat for a little bit and get acquainted with the place. The place was perfect, beautiful outdoor deck, two decent sized bedrooms, amazing and strong air conditioning, and any amenities that we needed for the beach were available for us to use. « Adorable and immaculate apartment in an amazing location. Wonderful hosts. There were three of us (one couple and me) and it worked very well. We were only there 4 days, so next time, it will be longer. »

« Property was clean, 1 block from beach, and off street parking (although tight but appreciated!). We were supplied beach badges, bedding and a few towels. Enclosed yard with picnic tables, outdoor shower and grill. LOVED our stay and will be back next year! »

« The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!! »

« We had a great experience during our stay. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The location was excellent for our kids to walk to Fantasy Island and the beach was a block away. The entire family enjoyed our stay! »

« The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors. »
