« Beautiful in the beachfront lobby. We booked the beach house. Close to the beach. The walls are thin. We heard everything from our neighbors. Some loud conversations past 10pm. Our aIr condition was extremely loud and right on the sleeper next to it. The bed was creaky. We had a great price for LBI, but we would not spend a dime more during the popular season. Owners are wonderful. Complimentary coffee, beach chairs, and towels. We had a great weekend , but no sleep. »

« Perfect stay for my family of 4 . Steps to the beach , mini golf, bakery , etc. Draw straws with your party to see who gets the one bed . Too bad there was no waves because it’s a good break on 28th . Fishing is good , although I only caught dogfish. Lots of activities on LBI and this place is located in the center . »

« The “Happy House” was exactly that and exceeded what we could imagine. The description of the rental was very accurate with everything that was included. It was a great location right by the beach and walking to stores and restaurants. The house had plenty of amazing extras for our 2 young kids (3 and 1). It was amazing having a crib, high chair, etc. The play-set in the backyard and the kids nook in the house were amazing features! »

« Wonderful property accommodated our 2 families and friends. Awesome roof-top deck, pool and boat dock/slip. This property has an outdoor shower which was very convenient. We hope to return again next summer. »

« We had a wonderful time on LBI. The listing was as advertised and communication with the owner was the best I have experienced on VRBO. The house is close to restaurants and 1 block from the bay and 1.5 blocks from the ocean. The garage in filled with many games for all to play. We will definitely stay again on return trips to LBI. »
