« We stayed at one of the forest view cabins, lower level. It was a bit musty, and we did note spiders on the pillows in the bedrooms at night. Notified staff. The lodge and food(served as buffets style) was excellent. Other cabins on ground level may be better. The rooms at the lodge are probably a better bet. »

« The property was nice but extremely expensive for what you get. The food was not great, we didn’t get the lunches as advertised in our booking and they overcharged us for drinks in our incidentals. »

« This place was just what we were looking for. We do a family trip every summer and finding a place for 20 adults, private, and with a private pool can be difficult. We found it at the Lodge at Spring Lake Ranch. Jonathan and the team were fantastic and attended to any of our needs. The lodge was huge and had a very large kitchen, huge dining room, a massive great room that was our party (sound system, lighting) and play (pool table and foosball table) spot each night. « Absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay here!!! The host was so accessible and accommodating with all of our questions and needs. The cabin was very clean and extremely comfortable. The state park just a mile up the street is a real nice spot to explore and has hibachi grills and picnic tables. So fun to look out the windows from the cabin and see the alpacas. If you are looking for a place that is quiet with absolutely beautiful surroundings. This is the place for you. »

« We loved the activities on site. We loved playing kickball in the field, and laying other games near the treehouse/ Play area. If you're staying, be in one of the glamping tasks, remember this is somewhat like camping, so there will be some bugs and dirt. He would probably have preferred staying in one of the tiny home trailers or other cabin like locations. But the tests were fun for a night. »

« I took my 3 grandkids-ages 5 1/2, 10, and 13 to Trout Lodge. With that spread in ages, I was concerned about keeping everyone engaged. With all the excellent staff and amazing activities, we all had a wonderful time! We will be back! »
