« This is an amazing (newer)basement apartment/property with all the amenities you could need. This property has a very well thought out design and is very clean. The apartment has an exterior stairwell that makes coming and going very convenient and private. The owners were on site and were very friendly and accommodating. « I would have given it a 5. Only thing I would change would be the swing of the fridge door. I problem shouldn’t ding them for that but Fridge was hard to get into. Otherwise, it was perfect for my stay. I just needed a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. It was away from traffic and quiet and there was a nice grassy area and I enjoyed seeing the meadowlarks (birds) and rabbits. Oh, there was a raven nest nearby too with 3 babies in it.
