Absolutely No Pets Allowed--The building HOA on-site staff strictly enforce this policy.  If they see a pet you will be fined $500.  No Exceptions.

In the event of a lost clubhouse key, a replacement fee of $75 will be charged to the guest.

Please note that this property is located within a homeowners association (HOA) community. Amenities such as the hot tub, pool, sauna, and game rooms are owned, managed, and maintained by the HOA—not by our team.

While these amenities are typically available for guest use, their hours, availability, and maintenance schedules are controlled by the HOA and may change without notice. As such, we are unable to guarantee access during your stay.

Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.
