« Booked through Expedia then received a blanket of additional charges upon checking in! Then upon reviewing my receipt via email I see that there is a change for $157.21. Called to have the charges explained and I was told it was the room charge. What…..??? I paid for this room when I booked. Oh, they said we will refund you. Gave me a big long winded reason because I booked through Expedia! Loved the hotel but definitely look at your bill to avoid OVER charging! »

« The condo was clean and in good shape. The main TV never did work. My main concern is the charges when I left were different than what the app said they were gonna be by like 194 when I contacted Tyler he said he had no way to control what VRBO advertised »

« The actual RV is not like the picture. It’s dated and the finishings are not like the photos. The place was not clean- there was gum stuck to the wall on the top bunk, hair on the bathroom wall and all over the welcome mat. Several lights didn’t work and there was no curtain on one of the windows by the bunk beds. While the place is cheap, we did not feel it was worth the money. The owners need to give the place some love. »
