« Our overall stay at this vrbo was very good. There was initial miscommunication and we were sent to the wrong townhome in the complex when we arrived. There was somebody else staying where we had booked. I could not find a phone number to contact the host directly on the vrbo website, so I contacted the 1-800 vrbo site.
