« Overall, we loved this lake house. We used it as a test run to see if we could handle a trip with our three dogs…so grateful you were one of the few places accepting multiple (large) dogs.The dogs did not mind the mucky lake bottom as much as I did, but as a Michigander I should know better. Glad we were there not on a boat-crowded weekend.The house itself is renovated modernly/stylishly.But with no dishwasher, some of the dishes were dirty out of the cabinets. « It was very clean and comfortable and relaxing! I love the style, design layout and all the decorations. The owner has really good taste! I was not sure where to park and there was no signs or directions for where to park. It’s all grass in front of the tiny cottage. There’s a driveway on the other side of the street in front of another neighborhood’s garage, but I guess can park there. Next door neighbor said I couldn’t park next door but can across the street. « It is a former cabin that has been very nicely renovated. It has charm with a fireplace and a porch. The kitchen is great, but in addition, it has everything you can imagine! The washer and dryer are great. Beach towels are included and are stored separately from the bath towels. There is a firepit, paddleboat, grill, beach toys. The beach is 150 yards from the cottage. Everything is easy! Show up, bring your bags, and you are all set. The host is very easy to deal with. I forgot my key one...
