« AC Hotel in Lansing, MI is a very nice and clean hotel. Without a doubt, I would stay here again. »

« Property is very run down. Pictures do not depict this at all. Carpets very stained. Door key didn’t work half the time and when told staff they didn’t work was told to just keep trying. Basically had to break the door to get in. »

« It was being renovated. Our room was partially done. Water ran brown at first as it had been off. No USB ports, but there were plugs near the bedsides and on the table. Noisy air conditioning. It was fine for the price we paid and the location was convenient for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. »

« The ONLY positive thing I can say about this hotel was that the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Other than that I was not impressed. This hotel needs a major cleanup-there were weeds everywhere, overgrown landscaping beds, the wood on the windows were in need of repair and overall aesthetically just gave me the ickies. The kitchen was useless as there were no kitchen items available. The towels had dirt streaks on them so we asked for new ones. Also, when I checked in I am certain...

« Très bien situé assez proche de l'aéroport à quelques minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui va directement au centre ville. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité .A l'allure d'un motel avec ses coursives intérieures mais avec la sécurité d'un hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambres spacieuses bien équipées. Personnel aimable et très serviable. Merci encore pour le trajet jusqu'à l'aéroport ! »
