Pros:Gas grillEnough beds for everyone5 bathrooms so no wait linesClose to Grand Park (12-15 min drive)Cons: Small common area so difficult to all hang out together. Not much effort put in to modernizing/updating home. Backyard was decent but overgrown- no work done to make it an enjoyable outdoor space- tall grass, no fire pit, etc »

« Absolutely, the nicest place you’ll ever stay pictures online. Do not do it justice only eight minutes from grand Park baseball fields great for families to split. « Loved this Cozy Cottage. It was the perfect place for me and my husband to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary. Everything was exactly as it was listed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the extra privacy fence around the hot tub. Due to unforseen circumstances we had to cut our trip short but if we are ever in thid area, we will definitely stay at this location again. « It’s a great place to stay and super close to IWU Campus. Couldn’t give it 5 Stars due to parking, couldn’t access the sidewalk the entire stay and there was snow everywhere. Also the upstairs shower is very small for a small adult. »
