« The property was just as described, and it was comfortable, quiet and clean. There were a couple of places, such as under the furniture, where the floors had not been swept in awhile, but otherwise the kitchen, bathrooms etc. were very clean. Definitely a good value and I very nice neighborhood »

« From the moment we entered this property, we knew we had chosen the best place for us to stay while in Lex. Awaiting us was a great welcome basket and fresh water in the fridge. Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher....

« This house is well-suited to a group of adults traveling together. Lots of space, well laid-out, with many of the bedrooms including an ensuite. We enjoyed the fridge (maybe a pointer to the freezer?).Very helpful instructions and communication for our trip allowed for easy coordination. »

« The place was very clean with everything you woukd need . The host was very nice and even accommodated an early check in. The Tv in living room stop working our last night but there was 2nd one in bedroom Beds comfortable. Highly recommend »
