« Cute place. Very clean. Hostess easy to communicate with. Quiet from outside noises. This is an upstairs place so there are stairs in case you have someone with issues with stairs. That was not listed in the description that I saw. If it is and I missed it, then this is a definite 5 star review. It took us about 10 minutes to get to the Ark Encounter. Easy drive to get there. If you are needing a place to stay while planning a trip to visit the Ark, or just on your way thru, this would be...

« We loved the pretty historic town of Georgetown. The apartment was comfortable and clean - Early homemade breakfasts, all day equestrian shows at horse park, and late dinners back in Georgetown. Perfect! »

« Nice and cozy. Just far enough away from town to feel “away from it all,” yet close enough that it’s not a haul to get into town. The place is very clean, with all the basic essentials you need to enjoy a quiet getaway. My ONLY warning is it is a garage apartment. Very low ceilings. I’m 6’5” and I walked around the last 3 days with head tilted. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and I’d book this place again. »

« The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle. »

« The pictures do not actually depict what you are getting. I walked in and the place was gross. Smelled really strongly of cigarettes. There were cabinets off the hinges in the kitchen and dirty towels. I didn’t even end up staying there and am still working on getting a refund. »
